Creative Cloth – ZigZag

This months creative cloth challenge was randomly chosen and ZigZag was drawn.
The aim of the challenge is to use 3 elements or techniques or processes or colours to create a cloth which can be used in our textile creations.

Jan used toothpicks and sundaes to create her zigzags, which worked out quite well even though the wind kept blowing them off!

And Alex showed us her subtle Shibori which she will use as a background for a natures thread piece for our exhibition.

Kate used Acrylic inks and a Shibori technique.

Between my family's sports adventures & life, I still manage to finish Textile pieces! I sell Quilt Patterns and Textile Art by leading Australian designers at 2SewTextiles! Creating Art and Words...
