We are a group of up to 12 full time members, plus a varying number of distance members.
We meet once a month in Redcliffe, Queensland and explore, play and share textile technologies, developments and skills.
We have exhibited in the past at the Queensland Quilt Show; also at the Redcliffe Cultural Centre with our Altered Views Exhibition: the HMQS Gayundah and Time quilts, in 2010. Our 2012 exhibition “3 Piece Suite” was held in the Moreton Bay / Redcliffe Art Gallery in July and August of that year. In 2015 we exhibited “Nature’s Threads” at Strathpine Arts Gallery, Qld which was a great success.
Our work as a group: ” Bellbird Challenge” was viewed at the Queensland Quilt Show as part of the Quilt and Craft Fair (Expertise Events) at the Brisbane Convention Centre 2013.
